Hi, I'm Heather...

....a former bride turned creative wife with an obsession for the little details that make an occasion so special. I got married in spring 2017 and now have the pleasure of helping other couples to acheive their dream wedding.  I think it's so important to celebrate life's special moments and make them as wonderful as possible, and have the interest and flare to bring the extra sparkle to your day. 

Unique decorative pieces...

.... that will stand out. It can be the smallest of details that grab people's attention..a giant wall of flowers, a bike bursting with blooms, a chandelier hovering under a tree... and everything else in between. Before my wedding I had so many ideas, a board full of incredible pictures with a wedding budget that just didn't match up. The items that would add that personal touch seemed so unattainable and were just so expensive. 

Finishing touches made accessible...

...and affordable. I found very few companies specialising in venue dressing and the more unusual, bespoke items. The companies I did find had a very hefty pricetag attached. That is why I decided to make so much for myself, using silk flowers that allowed me to build the pieces over time and explore alternative avenues that gave me the look I wanted, without the pricetag! I am now a home studio run business providing beautiful pieces for your wedding at a price that is fair and attainable. I think beautiful details at your wedding should be available to anyone, not those who have a never dwindling budget. 

How it works

I've kept the process as simple as possible!     

Firstly, heather and a rose has a minimum spend of £250, excluding the price of delivery. This allows me to keep the price per item low, giving you more budget to put towards other items for your special day.      

I offer a delivery and set up service which I would highly recommend  - the last thing you want to be worrying about in the days and hours before your wedding is getting things set up. I also offer a five day hire option, which would allow you to pick up and drop off the items at your leisure within this time frame. These costs vary depending on your venue location and I would be happy to discuss these with you. When you are ready to order, I shall send you an invoice and terms and conditions paperwork to sign. I require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and for the full balance to be paid up to 14 days prior to your wedding.      

I am happy to make amendments to your booking up to 14 days before your wedding.
